We were delighted to work with Y Lle Da for its second year, continuing our collaboration with Tenby’s vibrant bilingual music & arts festival.
For the first year, we designed and developed a dynamic website to showcase the event and its lineup, featuring curated playlists, performance videos, artist bios, and direct links to purchase festival passes and tickets.
For year two, we evolved the festival’s visual identity by introducing a new logo, alongside a suite of refreshed artwork and a bespoke Welsh wool-inspired pattern that tied the entire look and feel together. This was carried through into the website, giving the event a distinctive and cohesive visual identity.
In addition, we designed the festival programme, posters, banners and wristbands - ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across both print and digital.
The outcome
We worked hard to ensure every artist at the festival was fully spotlighted, with dedicated promo pages featuring their bios, music, videos, performance times, and links to their websites.
We also designed and managed all print materials, posters, flyers, the festival programme, banners, and bunting, to maintain strong, consistent branding throughout.
A flexible ticketing system made it easy for attendees to buy individual event tickets or weekend passes. Volunteers used a mobile app to scan tickets quickly, streamlining entry across the weekend.
Workshops and panel discussions were also prominently featured to ensure they got the attention they deserved.
